Need ideas for healthy foods for outdoor get togethers this summer? Join us for this class as we demonstrate delicious but healthy foods great for backyard gatherings or picnics: Vegan "Chicken" Salad Sandwiches that taste like the real thing, Jack Fruit "Pulled Pork" Sliders, an unbelievably delicious Black-eyed Pea Salad, and a Fruit Pie Extravaganza.
All attendees will not only be able to sample all foods demonstrated, but will receive copies of the recipes as well.
