KYTN Campmeeting 2021 - Update

Dear Conference Family:


The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has presented all of us with unprecedented challenges during the past twelve months. In keeping with the CDC recommendations to continue avoiding large gatherings, the Kentucky-Tennessee Conference Administration has voted to hold our 2021 camp meeting virtually May 28 - June 5, rather than on the campus of Highland Academy. Confidence is building that, without any new unforeseen circumstances, we will be able to return to our live on-campus event in the year 2022.


Those who currently have a 2021 camp meeting reservation, and wish to keep the same accommodations for our next in-person camp meeting, need to take no further action. However, if you wish to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, please call the conference office no later than June 30, 2021, at 615-859-1391. If you choose to cancel, your currently reserved accommodations will be made available for general registration beginning on March 1, 2022, and you will need to register at that time if you wish to attend.


As our virtual camp meeting details are confirmed, information will be emailed to our Kentucky-Tennessee Conference pastors for distribution to our constituents, as well as being posted online at www.kytn.net.


We are fervently praying that the Lord will sustain us during this current crisis and keep us faithful as we anticipate His soon return!
